❌ Cancellation Policy

At Royal Nandhana, we understand that plans can change. We have designed our cancellation policy to be fair and flexible while ensuring we can accommodate all our guests effectively.
Standard Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 48+ hours before check-in: No cancellation fee. Full refund / No charges apply.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in: 100% of the first night's room rate will be charged.
- No-Show (failure to arrive): 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Early Departure: The hotel reserves the right to charge for the original booked duration.
Group Booking Cancellation (5+ Rooms)
- Cancellation 30+ days before check-in: No cancellation fee
- Cancellation 15-29 days before check-in: 25% of total booking amount
- Cancellation 7-14 days before check-in: 50% of total booking amount
- Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: 100% of total booking amount
Banquet & Event Cancellation
- Cancellation 60+ days before event: 10% of total package amount (administrative fee)
- Cancellation 30-59 days before event: 50% of total package amount
- Cancellation 15-29 days before event: 75% of total package amount
- Cancellation less than 15 days before event: 100% of total package amount
Note: For weddings and large events, a separate agreement with detailed terms will be provided at the time of booking.
How to Cancel Your Booking
- Via Website: Use the "View Your Booking" feature on our booking page with your mobile number to access and cancel your reservation.
- Via Phone: Call us at +91 12345 67890 between 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
- Via Email: Send an email to ejakinarzary@gmail.com with your booking details and cancellation request.
Please have your Booking ID and registered mobile number ready when requesting cancellation.
Important: Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation relative to the check-in date. The time is calculated based on the hotel's local time (IST).
Refund Process
- For bookings where advance payment was made, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
- For "Pay at Hotel" bookings, no advance payment is collected, so no refund processing is required.
- Any bank or transaction charges incurred during refunds will be borne by the guest.
Modification of Booking
If you wish to modify your booking (change dates, room type, etc.), please contact us at least 24 hours before your original check-in date. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Date changes may be treated as a cancellation and new booking based on the cancellation policy.
Special Circumstances
In cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may offer flexible cancellation options at our discretion. Documentation may be required. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation:
- The entire booking will be marked as "No-Show"
- Full room charges for the entire booking period may be applied
- Future bookings may require advance payment
