Welcome to Royal Nandhana. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings made through our website or directly with the hotel are confirmed instantly. No advance payment is required - you pay at the hotel during check-in. You will receive a confirmation voucher via email and can also view your booking using your mobile number on our website.

2. Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in Time: 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out Time: 12:00 PM (noon)
• Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Late check-out up to 6:00 PM is available at 50% of the daily room rate.
• Late check-out beyond 6:00 PM will be charged the full daily rate.

3. Identification Requirement

All guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. Acceptable IDs include:

• Aadhaar Card
• Passport (for foreign nationals)
• Voter ID Card
• Driver's License

Check-in may be denied without valid identification.

4. Payment Policy

• No Advance Payment Required: You pay directly at the hotel during check-in.
• We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and UPI payments.
• All applicable taxes will be added to the room rate.
• A security deposit may be requested at check-in, which is refundable at check-out after room inspection.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in date: No cancellation fee
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in date: 100% of the first night's room rate will be charged.
• No-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation): 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• Early departure: The hotel reserves the right to charge for the original booked duration.

Note: For group bookings (5 rooms or more) and banquet/event bookings, separate cancellation terms apply. Please contact our events team for details.

6. Child Policy

• Children up to 6 years: Complimentary stay (without extra bed)
• Children between 7-12 years: Extra bed charges apply (50% of room rate)
• Children above 12 years: Considered as adults; extra bed charges apply (full rate)

7. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests or hotel staff.
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
• Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises (service animals excepted with prior notice).
• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave if conduct is deemed inappropriate.

8. Liability

Royal Nandhana shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to natural disasters, acts of God, government regulations, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond the hotel's reasonable control.

10. Modification of Terms

Royal Nandhana reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Doddaballapura, Karnataka.
